Cancellation Policy
Booking terms and conditions for A-Group Resorts
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit of the total tour price. The remaining 75% is due 14 days before the departure date. Bookings made within 14 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation by Guest
All cancellations must be made in writing (email accepted). The following cancellation fees apply:

| 20 to 8 days before departure | 50% of tour price |
| 7 days or less before departure | 100% of tour price |
| No-show | 100% of tour price |
3. Cancellation by Resort
We reserve the right to cancel a booking in the following circumstances:
- Minimum number of participants not reached
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control
In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook for an alternative date. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by guests such as flights or travel insurance.
4. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is required for all guests booking with A-Group Resorts. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and personal belongings. It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have adequate insurance coverage.
A-Group Resorts is not responsible for any costs arising from cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.
5. Pricing
All prices are quoted per person and include BTW (Dutch Value Added Tax) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking is the price that applies.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the same payment method as the original transaction. Bank fees or currency exchange differences may be deducted from refunds where applicable.
7. Modifications
Guests may request modifications to their booking (date changes, party size, etc.) subject to availability. Modification requests made within 14 days of departure may be treated as cancellations and new bookings.
